No more blasting a WhatsApp group: targeted, automated and GDPR compliant.

All data is hosted in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit, and we work under a full Data Processing Agreement with every customer. Opt in and opt out management is built in across every channel. The data is yours and you can export or delete it at any time.

Belai is a data analyst sitting on your own numbers. Ask it how last month went, when your courts sit empty, or which players are about to drop off, and it pulls the real figures, tells you whether that is good or bad against your own history, and ends with two or three things worth doing and where in Cuchilla to do them. It reads and advises. It does not send anything and it does not change anything, so nothing happens until you do it. Belai is in beta on the Professional plan and answers in Dutch or English.

The clubs that gain the most are usually the ones that assume they are too small for it. If you have more than 300 players in Playtomic or Matchpoint, you have a player base worth talking to, and right now you are probably not reaching it. The Starter plan exists for clubs that want to begin properly without a large investment.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Annual plans are billed once a year at a discounted rate and carry a 12 month commitment. If you would rather spread that same discounted rate over monthly payments, the Annual paid monthly option does that, but its 12 month commitment cannot be ended early: you can only choose not to renew once the year is up. Your data stays yours and can be exported at any time.
